Elon Musk vows to ‘make gaming great again’ by opening xAI-powered AI studio

The owner of X, the CEO of Tesla, the head of SpaceX and the head of Neuralink, Elon Musk, who recently became the richest man in the history of the Earth, told how he plans to lift the gaming industry from its knees.

Commenting on Dogecoin co-creator Billy Markus’s comment on how game developers and the media have become hostage to ideologies, Musk said that “too many game studios are controlled by huge corporations.”

The businessman sees a way out of this situation by using his own huge corporation to create a new game development studio based on artificial intelligence.

«XAI will launch an AI gaming studio to make gaming great again! — Musk said.

It is worth noting that xAI was created to accelerate humankind’s scientific discoveries and advance the collective understanding of the universe. The company has not announced plans to open a game studio.

On his microblog, Musk is not shy about boasting about his successes and achievements in gaming (he recently ranked himself among the best Diablo IV players), but how much the businessman understands the intricacies of game development is an open question.

The PC Gamer portal adds that the likelihood of the plans voiced by Musk being carried out is extremely low, but allows for a repetition of the scenario with the businessman purchasing the social network Twitter (now X).
