Cubot, a company specializing in the production of rugged devices, introduced the ultra-rugged KingKong X Pro smartphone, designed for use in extreme environmental conditions thanks to its increased resistance to moisture, dust and shock.

The Cubot KingKong X Pro smartphone offers high performance when running resource-intensive applications and heavy games thanks to the eight-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor clocked at 3.1 GHz and the Mali-G610 MC6 graphics accelerator, produced using a 4nm process technology.

Combined with 12 GB of RAM, expandable by another 12 GB, the smartphone provides stable multitasking. The flash memory capacity is 256 GB. The storage capacity can be expanded by another 1 TB using microSD memory cards.

The 6.72-inch FHD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) IPS display supports a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and playback of video content and gaming. In the notch at the top of the screen there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera, on the rear panel there is a main camera with a 100-megapixel sensor with autofocus and a 5-megapixel sensor for macro photography.

There is also an additional 1.85-inch diagonal screen on the back panel, which allows you to access notifications and other important information without unlocking the main screen. To unlock the device, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock feature are used. The massive 10,200mAh battery supports 33W fast charging.

For protection against moisture and dust, Cubot KingKong X Pro complies with IP68/IP69K standards, which allows it to be used in extreme conditions without the risk of sudden failure due to bad weather or a dust storm.

The smartphone specifications include support for Wi-Fi 6 and 5G networks, as well as NFC technology and the Bluetooth 5.3 wireless protocol. The Cubot KingKong X Pro uses the Android 14 operating system to control it. Sales of the new product will begin on November 11 at a price of $229.99.
