Innodisk has announced 64GB DDR5-6400 memory modules designed for data-intensive tasks. These could be AI applications (including generative ones), mixed reality platforms, large language models (LLMs), autonomous vehicles, telemedicine systems, etc.
Products are available in various versions – CUDIMM, CSODIMM, ECC CUDIMM, ECC CSODIMM and RDIMM. In addition to the 64 GB version, the series includes options with capacities of 8, 16, 32, 24 and 48 GB.
The modules operate at a supply voltage of 1.1 V. The operating temperature range extends from 0 to +95 °C. TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) technology is implemented, which provides protection against voltage surges. The module contacts are coated with 30 microns gold, which improves conductivity and provides protection against oxidation: this increases service life.
According to Innodisk, DDR5-6400 memory modules are fully compatible with the latest AMD and Intel processors. Among the key areas of application of the products are industrial and embedded devices, server equipment, video surveillance systems, industrial automation platforms, etc. In particular, memory can support the operation of resource-intensive AI applications on the periphery. When applied to telemedicine, high-resolution 3D imaging and real-time data analysis will enable patients to perform surgical procedures remotely with high precision, the company says.
