Baldur’s Gate 3, Stellar Blade, Star Wars Outlaws and many others: more than 50 games will support PS5 Pro at launch

In anticipation of the very soon launch of PS5 Pro, Japanese platform holder Sony Interactive Entertainment has published an expanded list of games that support the more powerful PlayStation 5 model.

Let us remember that at the official announcement in September it was reported that 40 to 50 games would be improved for the future console by the release of PS5 Pro, but in reality the figure turned out to be even slightly higher.

It is worth noting that this list is positioned as selective and not exhaustive. For example, the list does not include Lords of the Fallen and Empire of the Ants, which were previously confirmed to support PS5 Pro.

Gran Turismo 7 and Assassin’s Creed Shadows have disappeared from the list – the update for the first is apparently delayed, and the second has been postponed to February. Additionally, Arma Reforger for PS5 has not been officially confirmed.

Games enhanced for PS5 will receive a PS5 Pro Enhanced badge. Enhancements include advanced ray tracing, PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) upscaling, increased resolution and/or frame rate.

PS5 Pro will go on sale on November 7 this year and will cost $700 (€800) – and this does not include a disc drive. In anticipation of the release, bloggers disassembled the console and revealed its characteristics.
