Noctua has introduced a series of compact case fans NF-A6x15 measuring 60 mm and 15 mm thick. The series includes models NF-A6x15 PWM, NF-A6x15 FLX, NF-A6x15 5V PWM and NF-A6x15 5V. In addition, the manufacturer presented the NA-SC1 Sx2 splitter for three fans with support for 3- and 4-pin connectors.
The NF-A6x15 PWM fan operates at speeds up to 3500 rpm and comes with a special adapter. Connecting a fan through this adapter reduces its maximum operating speed to 3050 rpm, thereby reducing the noise level. The NF-A6x15 FLX offers even more settings via an adapter, allowing you to choose between a maximum operating speed of 3500, 3050 or 2250 rpm.
The NF-A6x15 5V PWM and NF-A6x15 5V models are designed for 5V power supply and are not intended for direct connection to the 12V headers on the motherboard. The manufacturer warns that otherwise the fans will be damaged. The new product has a rotation speed of 3500 rpm.
All fans produce airflow up to 23.4 CFM and noise levels up to 19.8 dBA. The manufacturer priced each fan model at $14.90 or 16.90 euros. The company priced the splitter for three NA-SC1 Sx2 fans at $9.90 or 9.90 euros.
