TeamGroup announced the industry’s first industrial modules DDR5-6400 CU-DIMM/CSO-DIMM

TeamGroup has announced what it claims are the industry’s first industrial-grade DDR5-6400 RAM modules of the CU-DIMM (Clocked Unbuffered DIMM) and CSO-DIMM (Clocked Small Outline DIMM) standards. These products, with increased reliability, are targeted at demanding applications, including those related to AI.

Team Group uses technology that makes it possible to adjust the frequency and voltage depending on the load on the system and operating conditions. This ensures optimal performance and energy consumption. The modules supply voltage is 1.1 V. ECC (Error Correction Code) support is implemented.

TeamGroup has not yet disclosed the full technical characteristics of the DDR5-6400 CU-DIMM/CSO-DIMM modules. But it is noted that they are manufactured using high-quality DRAM chips manufactured by SK Hynix. The products are manufactured using a unique patented testing and evaluation technology (US Patent No. 11488679 B1; Taiwan Patent No. I751093). Both types of modules will be offered in several capacities, including 16 GB.
