Realme introduced the P1 Speed smartphone, the third model in the P series. Previously, the manufacturer released the P1 and P1 Pro models. The new product combines highly productive hardware, a high-quality display and an affordable price.
The Realme P1 Speed is powered by a Dimensity 7300 Energy processor (four Cortex-A78 cores with a frequency of 2.5 GHz, four Cortex-A55 with a frequency of 2.0 GHz, GPU Mali-G615 MC2). The smartphone is offered in configurations with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, as well as 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory. The amount of permanent memory can be increased using microSD memory cards.
The device features a 6.67-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 600 cd/m2. The main camera block of the new product consists of a 50-megapixel sensor and an auxiliary 2-megapixel sensor for calculating scene depth. On the front side of the device there is a 16-megapixel camera peephole. The main camera claims to support video shooting in 4K@30fps format, while the front camera can shoot in 1080p at 30 frames per second.
Realme P1 Speed received a 5000 mAh battery with support for 45 W fast charging. The new product has stereo speakers and a 3.5 mm audio output, but does not support NFC. The manufacturer also indicates that the smartphone has IP65 protection against dust and water.
Realme P1 Speed will be available in Brushed Blue and Textured Titanium colors. The cost of a device with a memory configuration of 8/128 GB is $215, for a version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of permanent memory they ask for $250. The smartphone was presented in India, so the first sales will begin there. The new product will be available from October 20.
