Benq’s gaming brand Zowie has announced the release of updated classic gaming mice of the FK, ZA and S series, designed for eSports: FK2-DW, ZA13-DW and S2-DW. All new products support wireless connection via a USB receiver with a polling frequency of up to 4000 Hz.

The new Zowie FK2-DW wireless gaming mouse retains the signature contours of a symmetrical classic model with a low back, which provides more space between the palm and the mouse itself. This design increases flexibility for microcontrol, especially when aiming over long distances or tracking moving targets.

Zowie FK2-DW

The Zowie FK2-DW weighs 65 grams. It is equipped with a sensor with a resolution from 400 to 3200 DPI. The polling frequency can be adjusted from 125 to 4000 Hz. The new product has 7 buttons.

The battery charge at a polling rate of 1 kHz will last for 80 hours, at 2 kHz – for 30 hours, and when using a 4 kHz charge – for 24 hours.

ZA13-DW

The ZA13-DW has a higher backrest to provide a full palm grip, evenly distributing the load on the muscles on both sides of the palm. The ZA’s high hump and left and right curves are scientifically proven to provide balanced muscle function for faster jerks.

Sports scientific testing also confirms that the ZA13-DW provides better palm support during fixed-point braking than other mice. The technical characteristics of the ZA13-DW are exactly the same as those of the Zowie FK2-DW.

S2-DW

The Zowie S2-DW gaming mouse model also has the same characteristics. However, it is slightly shorter (with the same weight of 65 grams). The mouse’s design allows for greater flexibility in vertical movements. The company’s internal tests show that, compared to other mice, the S2-DW provides more balanced engagement of the left and right palm muscles, resulting in the most consistent and accurate tracking.

Zowie valued all presented models of gaming mice at €151.24. New items will go on sale in October–November, depending on the region.
