In the field of SaaS and cloud infrastructure services, the leaders are Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Salesforce. In the segment of equipment and software for data centers, a significant market share is occupied by ODM manufacturers, whose services are used by hyperscalers. Dell, Microsoft, Supermicro and HPE are also named as major players in this market. It is noted that NVIDIA, which supplies solutions for AI platforms, including directly to hyperscalers, is quickly strengthening its position.

From a geographic point of view, the undisputed leader is the United States, which in the first half of 2024 accounted for 44% of all revenue from cloud services, 53% of hyperscaler capacity and 47% of the hardware and software market for cloud data centers.
