Sony showed off shiny PlayStation 5 Slim in pearl, turquoise and indigo colors

Sony has unveiled new Chroma Collection glitter panels for the PlayStation 5 Slim console – they are available in pearlescent, turquoise and indigo. For those for whom the new appearance of one console is not enough, the company has offered DualSense controllers with the same design.

Chroma Collection panels for the console will cost $64.99, while DualSense controllers in the same colors will retail for $79.99. Sony will release accessories in pearlescent and indigo on November 7, while turquoise ones will have to wait until January 23, 2025. The colors look attractive, but they are quite saturated, so the accessories are suitable for those who are not afraid of bold decisions.

Pre-orders for the new collection’s Chroma Collection panels and controllers begin on October 3 and will be available in the US, UK, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

And on September 26, Sony will open pre-orders for special versions of the PS5 and PS5 Pro 30th Anniversary, designed in the colors of the original 1995 PlayStation – and it is not yet clear whether panels in such a retro design will be sold separately.
