Klevv introduced the Genuine G560 PCIe Gen5x4 NVMe M.2 SSD and CRAS C715 PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe M.2 SSD solid state drives. The Genuine G560 is the manufacturer’s first PCIe 5.0 NVMe drive and is the company’s flagship solution. The CRAS C715 model, in turn, is an updated version of the CRAS C710 drive and is intended for budget builds.
The Genuine G560 drive is based on a Phison E26 controller and 3D TLC NAND flash memory chips. The new product will be produced in volumes of 1, 2 and 4 TB. For the younger model, the sequential read speed is stated at 13,000 MB/s and sequential write speed up to 9500 MB/s. For 2 and 4 TB models, these figures are 14,000 and 12,000 MB/s, respectively.
The performance indicators for random read and write operations for the 1 TB SSD model are 1.3 and 1.4 million IOPS, and for the 2 TB and 4 TB models – 1.4 million IOPS in both cases. All new products are equipped with DRAM cache memory. The declared resource for the 1 TB model is 700 TBW (terabyte of overwritten information), for the 2 TB model – 1400 TBW, and for the 4 TB model – 3000 TBW.
Klevv Genuine G560 comes with an aluminum heatsink that effectively reduces the temperature of SSD components and ensures their stable performance and reliability.
The Klevv CRAS C715 drive supports the PCIe 3.0 standard. It will be produced in volumes of 256 and 512 GB, as well as 1 TB. The new product is equipped with 3D TLC NAND flash memory. For the Klevv CRAS C715, sequential read speeds of up to 3200 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 2000 MB/s are claimed. The SSD is equipped with SLC dynamic cache technology. The declared resource of the Klevv CRAS C715 is 150, 300 and 600 TBW for models with 256 and 512 GB, as well as 1 TB, respectively.
The manufacturer included Acronis True Image 2023 software for backup, cloning and data protection in the delivery package of new products. All Genuine G560 and CRAS C715 drive models come with a five-year warranty. These SSDs will go on sale in October.
