Bloggers on YouTube will be able to group videos by season, making them easier to watch on TV.

As part of the Made on YouTube event, developers announced a number of innovations that will soon become available to video hosting users. In addition to several artificial intelligence-based features, YouTube content creators will be able to divide their published videos into seasons to make it more convenient for users to watch videos on TVs.

The company noted that users began to more actively watch YouTube videos on their TVs, so the developers decided to optimize the platform interface, making it more similar to Netflix and other similar platforms. Soon, content creators will be able to tailor their videos for viewers, providing each episode with a full description, as well as dividing the total mass of videos into seasons for easier navigation.

YouTube representatives did not specify how the announced innovations would be integrated into the interface of YouTube’s desktop and mobile applications, but it was mentioned that the changes would affect all platforms. Content creators will also have other tools focused on creating content for users who interact with the platform through TVs. One such tool will allow you to publish and play “immersive content.”
