Pickles, who joined the company in 2014, said he decided to leave several months ago. He also added that he had worked on this issue with X CEO Linda Yaccarino.

Pickles joined X as a senior manager in the company’s London office. In 2023, he was appointed head of government relations, after which he held several positions.
