All content in the second season pass for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous has already been released, but on September 5th, another addition was released for the fantasy role-playing game from Owlcat Games. However, not quite ordinary.
The DLC is called “Visitors from Morta” and, as you might guess, combines the worlds of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous and the roglite action game Children of Morta from 11 bit studios and the Dead Mage studio.
«Guests from Morta” brings John and Lucy Bergson (and their pet wolf cub Rykusha) to the vastness of the World Plague. Together with the heroes of Children of Morta, Blight will penetrate the world of Pathfinder, and it will be up to the commander to stop the spread of evil.
Guests from Morta includes a new location and quest, two unique archetypes designed specifically for John and Lucy (available to the player), an additional female hairstyle, and fel-infected enemies.
You can activate the quest at the beginning of the second (before the Knights of the Underworld arrive at the camp), in the third and fifth chapters. After receiving the task, a new location will appear on the map near Kenabres.
According to the developers, in the DLC they tried to convey the mood of Children of Morta and preserve the characters’ personalities. You can appreciate Owlcat’s efforts from the outside in the official trailer for “Guests from Morta.”
The Guests from Morta expansion pack is available for free to all owners of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous on PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5 and Xbox One. A version for Nintendo Switch will be released later.
