Thermaltake introduced the CTE E550 TG computer case in Mid-Tower format, the front and rear parts of which, as well as one of its side walls, are made of 4 mm thick tempered glass. Thanks to this, the housing offers a panoramic view of the components installed in it.

The new product will be available in white, black, sand and green versions. The case dimensions are 558.5 × 270 × 513 mm and the weight is 14.5 kg. It supports installation of motherboards of Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX and E-ATX formats, including models with power connectors located on the reverse side. These include boards from the Asus BTF, MSI Project Zero and Gigabyte Project Stealth series.

The case allows you to install processor coolers up to 166 mm in height, power supplies up to 220 mm in length, as well as video cards up to 415 mm in length (without a radiator) and up to 443.8 mm with a radiator.

Video cards are proposed to be installed vertically, in three different configurations.

The special design of the GPU seat, as well as the absence of the usual rear wall for external connectors in the case, creates the effect of a video card “floating” in the air.

Inside there are two slots for 3.5-inch drives, as well as combined slots for installing two 2.5-inch or one 3.5-inch drive.

The Thermaltake CTE E550 TG also offers up to two 120mm fans on the top, up to three 120mm or 140mm fans on the right side, and up to three 120mm or 140mm fans on the bottom.

Instead of fans, you can install a radiator with a standard size of 120 or 240 mm on top, from 120 to 420 mm on the right side wall, and also with a size of up to 420 mm on the bottom.

The front connector panel of the case is represented by two USB 3.0 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, as well as a pair of 3.5 mm audio outputs.
