The developers of the AnTuTu mobile benchmark have published a new performance rating of Android smartphones, based on test data for August. In the flagship device segment, the winner was the RedMagic 9S Pro+ model, powered by the overclocked flagship Qualcomm processor – Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version.
The average result of RedMagic 9S Pro+ in a configuration with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage was 2,127,528 points. Second and third places were taken by smartphones based on the regular Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 – OnePlus Ace 3 Pro and iQOO NeoS9 Pro+, which received 2,107,208 and 2,106,419 points, respectively.
Fourth place went to Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro with 2,093,592 points. Fifth place was taken by the iQOO Neo9S Pro model based on MediaTek Dimensity 9300+. The smartphone scored 2,091,933 points. In sixth place is the Redmi K70 Ultra with the same processor, scoring 2,085,769 points. The following places were distributed between Vivo X100 Ultra, Vivo X100 Pro, Vivo X100 and OnePlus 12.
It should be recalled that the monthly performance rating of smartphones according to AnTuTu is formed taking into account several factors. First, all models must pass at least 1000 tests per month. The results for a particular model may vary depending on the configuration of the smartphone, so the final monthly rating may change even with the same models.
You should also understand that the results of a synthetic test are only one of the criteria that you should pay attention to when choosing a new smartphone. No less important aspects are also the screen, batteries, software and camera of the device, the features of which should be familiarized with before purchasing.
