The leading developer of communication services for commercial users, MTS Exolve, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of MTS PJSC, announced the launch of a service for checking phone numbers for relevance and availability. The new HLR query service will not only make it easier to verify customers’ mobile numbers, but will also determine the best time to call.
HLR (Home Location Register) is a centralized database of mobile operator subscribers. Thanks to queries to this database, MTS Exolve users will be able to verify the availability of a particular mobile number, so as not to overpay for calls and SMS that cannot be delivered. In addition, the service allows you to choose the optimal time to contact the client, which will help reduce the number of complaints about calls at inopportune times. In response to an HLR request, the user receives a time period (for example, 10:00 – 12:00) during which the probability of a response is highest.
The data is analyzed using Big Data, a tool that works with large volumes of information and ensures high accuracy and prompt responses to queries.
The HLR service is in demand in areas such as medicine, real estate, e-commerce and others, where there are large volumes of communications, as it allows you to reduce communication costs, optimize resources, maintain the relevance of customer bases, and increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
«Before launching an SMS newsletter or calling, MTS Exolve users will be able to check the activity of their clients’ numbers and significantly reduce resources and time spent on non-targeted contacts,” commented Vasily Sazhko, MTS Exolve Product Director. “In this way, the business not only reduces costs, but also provides a better approach to interacting with customers, increasing their level of satisfaction and loyalty.”
