- Two more pre-orders made it into the top ten – Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 (September 9) and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (October 25), occupying third and fourth places, respectively;
- Peak online for Black Myth: Wukong rose to 2,415,714 players (this is still the second highest in Steam history after PUBG: Battlegrounds), which likely helped the site update its concurrent user record;
- Action role-playing game Diablo IV soared to sixth place thanks to a free weekend and a 40 percent discount;
- Japanese mahjong 雀魂麻將 (MahjongSoul) from the Chinese Catfood Studio, the action game Grand Theft Auto V (helped by a discount) and the role-playing game Baldur’s Gate 3 returned to the top 10;
- The best new product was Tactical Breach Wizards from Suspicious Developments (authors of Gunpoint and Heat Signature), which took 12th place. The story-driven turn-based tactical combat adventure about magical special forces reached number 12, received “overwhelmingly positive” reviews (98% based on 2 thousand reviews) and attracted 4,761 people at the same time;
- The pirate action role-playing game Skull and Bones from Ubisoft Singapore (formerly exclusive to Ubisoft Connect and Epic Games Store) did not gain popularity on Steam – it has 36th position, “mixed” reviews (60% based on 459 reviews) and 2615 users at its peak;
- Third among the new products (72nd place) was the cooperative sandbox Core Keeper from Pugstorm and Fireshine Games, released from early access, which has “very positive” reviews (91% based on 26.2 thousand reviews);
- At number 31, the pre-order of the action movie Gundam Breaker 4 from Crafts & Meister and Bandai Namco, which will be released on August 28, entered the chart.
