The debut of the fantasy action role-playing game Black Myth: Wukong from the Chinese studio Game Science became a real event not only among players, as evidenced by Steam data, but also among video card manufacturers. The latter, on the occasion of the release of the game, released special versions of GeForce RTX 40 series accelerators, designed in the style of the game. Manli, MSI, Inno3D, Gigabyte, Galax, Colorful, Zotac and Gainward were noted.

Most companies presented specially designed versions of the GeForce RTX 4070 Super based on the Nvidia AD104-350 GPU with 7168 CUDA cores, equipped with 12 GB GDDR6. There is also one model each of the RTX 4070 Ti Super and RTX 4080 Super.
Manli has released the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12GB Wukong Edition. It is based on the Gallardo model, which in the original version was made in green. In turn, the Wukong Edition, like most of the video cards presented in this selection, is made in black. On the back reinforcing plate of the video card there is a portrait of the main character of the game.
Manli GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12GB Wukong Edition has a slight factory GPU overclock. Its maximum frequency is stated at 2505 MHz (1.2% more than the reference value).
MSI has released the GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12GB Gaming X Slim Wukong Edition video card. The card has only changed the color – it is black, with golden elements in the middle of the cooling system casing. The manufacturer didn’t even bother to put images of the game’s main character on its rear reinforcing plate. The most boring design in the selection.
For the GPU in the MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12GB Gaming X Slim Wukong Edition, a frequency of 2490 MHz is stated, which is only 0.6% more than the reference value. It is noteworthy that this is already the 13th version of the GeForce RTX 4070 Super from MSI.
Inno3D has released the GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12GB iChill X3 Wukong Edition based on the design of the regular iChill X3 model. In the Chinese market, the new product is called Ice Dragon Wukong Edition. The card is equipped with a massive three-slot cooling system and has GPU overclocking up to 2535 MHz (2.4% more than the standard).
Its rear reinforcing plate also features an image of the main character of Black Myth: Wukong, the monkey king Sun Wukong.
Gigabyte introduced the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12GB Gaming OC Wukong Edition. It is based on the Gaming OC model, three expansion slots thick, equipped with a cooling system with three fans.
This is a premium model – its GPU is overclocked to 2565 MHz.
Galax has released a special version of the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Black Myth: Wukong Edition. It is based on the 20th Anniversary Series design, presented by the manufacturer on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the brand. Previously, within this series, Galax released only the RTX 4090(D) and RTX 4070 models.
Galax GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB Black Myth: Wukong Edition stands out for its factory overclocked AD103-275 GPU with 8448 CUDA cores to 2670 MHz. In “quiet” mode, the graphics chip has a frequency of 2610 MHz. The TDP of the video card is 295 W. However, the manufacturer notes that it can be increased to 366 W, which is 81 W higher than the TDP stated by Nvidia for the RTX 4070 Ti model.
The card itself has an unusual cooling system design. It is equipped with three cooling fans, but two of them are on the front side, and the third is on the back. In the Black Myth: Wukong Edition, the new product is made in black and white colors. On the back reinforcing plate there is an image of the main character of the game.
Colorful was the only company to present the GeForce RTX 4080 Super model in a special Wukong Edition. The GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB iGame Advanced OC Wukong Edition uses a black and gold theme.
The card is based on the AD103-400 graphics chip with 10,240 CUDA cores. The new product has a declared TDP of 320 W. However, through overclocking settings, the power consumption limit can be increased to 340 W. The thickness of the card is three expansion slots. The GPU of the video card is overclocked to 2625 MHz, which is 2.9% higher than the reference value.
We talked about Zotac GeForce RTX 4070 Super Black Myth: Wukong Edition yesterday. It is based on the Trinity model from the same manufacturer. The card is made in black. On its reverse side there is an image of the main character of the game.
The graphics chip in the Zotac GeForce RTX 4070 Super Black Myth: Wukong Edition is overclocked from 2475 MHz to 2505 MHz in Boost mode.
Finally, Gainward introduced the GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12GB Snow Wukong Edition. It is made in white color. It differs from the original Snow model by a completely new rear reinforcing plate, on which the image of the king of the monkeys is applied.

- Gainward GeForce RTX 4070 Super OC White – 4999 yuan (about $685);
- Manli GeForce RTX 4070 Super OC Custom — 4949 RMB (около $678).
In comparison, the RTX 4080 Super, RTX 4070 Ti Super, and RTX 4070 Super have a RRP of RTX 8,099, RMB 6,499, and RMB 4,899 respectively in China.
