Addlink introduced D60 and D20 series SSDs in M.2 and SFF formats for NAS devices

Addlink Technology has announced the D60 and D20 SSD families, designed for use in network attached storage (NAS). The devices are made in the M.2 2280 and SFF form factors, respectively, and the PCIe 4.0 x4 (NVMe 1.4) and SATA-3 interface are used for data exchange.

All solutions are built on 3D TLC NAND flash memory chips. The operating temperature range extends from 0 to +70 °C. The average time between failures (MTBF indicator) reaches 2 million hours. The manufacturer provides a five-year warranty for the SSD.

Addlink D60 drives are available in 480, 960 and 1920 GB capacities. The guaranteed volume of recorded information (TBW indicator) is 920, 1900 and 3800 TB, respectively. The sequential data read speed is up to 6000 MB/s, the sequential write speed is up to 2000 MB/s. The IOPS value for random read and write operations is up to 800 thousand and 60 thousand. The devices are designed for one complete rewrite per day (DWPD indicator) for five years.

In turn, Addlink D20 products, made in a 7 mm thick case, are available in versions of 960 GB, as well as 1.92, 3.84, 7.68 and 15.36 TB. The TBW value reaches 815, 1631, 3263, 13,061 and 10,725 TB; DWPD is 1. Sequential read and write speeds are up to 530 and 500 MB/s. The IOPS value is up to 98 thousand for random reading and up to 40 thousand for random writing.

It is noted that Addlink D60 drives are suitable for high-performance NAS, which are operated around the clock. Addlink D20 products can be used to form large capacity systems.
