Realme introduced the Watch S2 smart watch with AI support and Buds T310 wireless headphones

In addition to the announcement of the new Realme 13 Pro and Pro+ series smartphones, Realme today introduced the Watch S2 smart watch and Buds T310 wireless headphones in India.

The announcement of the Watch S2 marked the manufacturer’s return to the smartwatch market. The new product is made of steel, protected according to the IP68 standard and can operate at temperatures from -40 to 70 °C. In addition, the watch can be lowered into water to a depth of 5 meters. Realme Watch S2 will only come in one case size of 46.5mm. There are three colors to choose from: black, gray, silver. The gray version comes with a metal bracelet. The black and silver versions have silicone straps.

The Realme Watch S2 smartwatch has a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 × 466 pixels and a brightness of 600 cd/m2. They support more than 150 watch faces, can measure heart rate, blood oxygen levels, monitor sleep hygiene and activity levels, and also support 110 sports modes.

The main feature of Realme Watch S2 is support for an AI assistant based on the GPT-3.5 model. The function works through a smartphone supported by the Realme Link platform. The AI ​​assistant can respond to user requests, as well as create unique watch face designs and optimize the device’s power consumption.

The smart watch has a 380 mAh battery, one charge of which will last up to 20 hours. The new product runs a proprietary OS, so the watch does not have full support for third-party applications.

Early adopters will be able to purchase the Realme Watch S2 with a metal strap for Rs 5,299 (around $63) and the silicone strap variant for Rs 4,999 (around $60).

The Realme Buds T310 wireless earbuds are available in purple, black and white color options. They are equipped with an active three-level noise reduction system with an efficiency of up to 46 dBA.

Realme Buds T310 received 12.4 mm dynamic drivers, can work up to 40 hours, taking into account recharging from the case, supports spatial sound, as well as a low latency mode of 45 ms.

The headphones support Bluetooth 5.4 and connection to two signal sources simultaneously. They also claim protection against water and dust IP55.

Realme Buds T310 will be available in India from August 5th. Early buyers will be able to purchase them for 2,499 rupees (about $30). The regular price of the headphones is 3,999 rupees (about $48).
