The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus smartphone will receive a Dimensity 7350 Pro processor and 12 GB of RAM

Nothing will introduce the Phone (2a) Plus smartphone on July 31. Today the manufacturer announced how the improved model will differ from the previously released Phone (2a).

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus smartphone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro processor (two Cortex-A715 cores with a frequency of up to 3 GHz and six Cortex-A510 cores). The company promises that thanks to this, Phone (2a) Plus will be generally 10% faster than the Phone (2a), which is built on the Dimensity 7200 Pro chip (two Cortex-A715 cores with a frequency of 2.8 GHz and six Cortex-A510 cores with frequency 2.0 GHz). The Mali-G610 MC4 graphics accelerator included in the Dimensity 7350 Pro processor will be 30% more productive than the Dimensity 7200 Pro graphics.

Nothing says the Dimensity 7350 Pro will be exclusive to the Phone (2a) Plus. However, according to the GSMArena portal, other smartphone models with this processor are expected on the market, but without the Pro suffix. The same story happened at one time with the Dimensity 7200 Pro chip, which is offered only as part of the Phone (2a) model. However, nothing is known about any exclusive features of this processor compared to the regular Dimensity 7200.

Nothing Phone (2a) Plus will also receive 12 GB of RAM, which can be virtually increased by another 8 GB using permanent memory. It is very likely that in the coming days, even before the presentation of the smartphone, the company will share additional information.
