G.Skill presented sets of DDR5 Trident Z5 Royal Neo RAM modules, designed specifically for the AMD Socket AM5 platform. The new products received support for EXPO (Extended Profiles for Overclocking) overclocking profiles.
The manufacturer will release dual-channel kits with a capacity of 32 and 48 GB, consisting of pairs of modules of 16 and 24 GB, respectively. Modules with speeds up to 8000 MT/s and latency up to CL38-48-48-127 will be offered.
As befits the G.Skill Royal series, the memory modules are equipped with shiny heatsinks in gold or silver, as well as advanced RGB lighting with a crystal-style design.
G.Skill notes that the DDR5 Trident Z5 Royal Neo memory is fully compatible with the latest AMD Ryzen 9000 processors and operates in DDR5-8000 mode with a 1:2 frequency divider circuit set in the motherboard BIOS.
G.Skill DDR5 Trident Z5 Royal Neo memory modules will go on sale in August. The company did not disclose their cost.
