Honor held a large-scale presentation today in China, where it presented many new products. One of them was the compact and thin laptop MagicBook Art 14 2024. With a thickness of 12.95 mm and a 14-inch display, the weight of the new product is only 1.03 kg.
The laptop is equipped with a 14.6-inch OLED screen with an aspect ratio of 3:2, a brightness of 700 cd/m2 and a resolution of 3120 × 2080 pixels. For the MagicBook Art 14 2024, the manufacturer offers a choice between a 14-core and 18-thread Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processor with a frequency of up to 4.5 GHz, as well as a 16-core and 22-thread Core Ultra 7 155H with a frequency of up to 4.8 GHz . Both offer integrated Intel Arc graphics. There is also a choice between 16 and 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 1 TB SSD.
The laptop is equipped with six speakers with support for spatial sound and DTS, and also received a 60 Wh battery. The battery charges up to 46% in just 30 minutes, and a full charge takes 95 minutes.
The MagicBook Art 14 2024 also includes NFC modules, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, a fingerprint scanner, two USB-C ports (one with Thunderbolt 4 specifications), one USB-A, one HDMI and a 3.5 mm combo audio output
Honor MagicBook Art 14 2024 will be available in Sunrise Impression (white with iridescence) and Summer Olive (dark green) colors. The price of the laptop starts at 7,799 yuan ($1,075) for the configuration with 16 GB of RAM and Core Ultra 5. For the version with 32 GB of RAM and Core Ultra 5 they ask for 8,499 yuan ($1,170). The maximum configuration with 32 GB of RAM and a Core Ultra 7 processor is priced at 9,499 yuan ($1,310).
At the moment, it is unknown whether the new product will go on sale outside of China.
